You are helping people make life-changing decisions with confidence and support.See why we have been able to achieve 100% placement success in our first two yearsWe were voted best in Customer Service by the Best of Southern Oregon 2025.DutiesCommunity Liaison for multiple community partners such as, Independent Senior Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Adult Foster Homes.Accurately Assess and complete in-depth interviews for accurate placement needs.Manage/maintain relationships with clients and families ensuring positive and helpful communication.Manages emails, faxes, and leads with timeliness and professionalismResponsible for obtaining contractual relationships and maintaining current relationships with senior living facilities.Presentations to educate seniors and community leadersExpert use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Excel & ETTRTour with families and their loved ones in housing referrals in our communityFor company car use, you must have Valid Driver’s License. Required Qualifications3+ years in senior health care, community living, skilled nursing facility or community sales position.Must understand and uphold the policies and procedures established by Advanced Care Senior Referral Agency.Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively.Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills plus work independently maintaining all HIPPA and Governing Policies.Must present a professional appearance and demeanor. Preferred experience3 years in senior careAdministrator license of an assisted living, or memory care facilityLPN or RN What You GetBase wage for Marketing and Community LiaisonUp to 50% Commission for successful placements.
