Job Title: Admin Support Assistant 1Location: Houston, TXDuration: 2 MonthsWork Mode: Onsite 5 days/weekPay Rate Range: $23.00/hr - $25.51/hr on W2Temp to hire with the right candidate HERE'S WHAT YOU’LL DO:The need for additional admin support in Houston is enormous due to their recent move/expansion and having a 2nd location. Below are some key areas where the Office Admin needs help with: Ordering catering for events Scheduling meetings Ensuring conference rooms are ready for catering, etc.; helping with AV/IT setup Ordering office supplies and putting them away No travel will be required other than possible travel between our two Houston office locations for package pick ups and such.To perform typical administrative assistant duties and tasks of a varied nature according to established processes, applying occasional independent judgment.Typically supports smaller workgroup, such as a section, unit or functional area, under general supervision.Requires basic knowledge of workgroup's policies and procedures.Has occasional contact with clients, suppliers, or company employees outside the immediate work area to exchange information.
