Machine Operator

EvolutionHR is currently hiring Machine Operators in Roanoke, VA on 1st shift. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products while meeting production goals. These positions pay $16-$18/hour + applicable shift differentials. Compensation and Benefits of the Machine Operator: $16-$18/hour + applicable shift differentials Medical, Dental, Retirement plans are offered Set schedule with opportunities for overtime Weekly paychecks On the job training, development and mentorship Responsibilities of the Machine Operator: Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and accurate manufacturing processes. Inspect finished products to verify they meet company quality standards and production specifications. Perform routine machine adjustments and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety procedures. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production schedules and customer deadlines. Qualifications of the Machine Operator: Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred but not required. Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production specifications. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed throughout the shift. High school diploma or GED is required for this position. We do have to run a background check. Also, you are required to pass a drug test including marijuana.
