Program Manager:
Faith Group, LLC is looking for a dynamic and experienced Program Manager who will be primarily responsible for leading MEP capital projects at San Francisco International Airport. The role shall support Program Management/Owners Rep contracts at SFO managing MEP projects from ideation, design and construction.
Location:
This is a hybrid position, requiring 4 days a week onsite at SFO (relocation assistance available)
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Serve as Faith Group's primary technical MEP liaison to SFO staff, providing design direction and technical input to design/build teams.
Coordinate and communicate across project stakeholders, including contractors, airport staff, and internal Faith Group teams, leading meetings and managing cross-functional project relationships.
Compile and validate project schedules and summaries for capital projects using SFO-approved tools, including review of contractor-submitted schedules.
Oversee project controls and documentation management on behalf of SFO, including maintaining accurate records and information transmittals in the Airport's document control and PM platforms (Unifier), leading Faith Group project controls staff in platform updates, and producing reports and deliverables to support Airport program management.
Manage project financials including contractor pay applications, budget tracking, spend planning, and cost forecasting; provide SFO with regular budget updates and cost-saving recommendations.
Lead review of project estimates and develop independent budget estimates to support SFO decision-making.
Prepare and review life cycle costs, operations forecasts and cost-benefit analysis.
Provide technical consulting services as needed, including safety risk assessments, phasing plan review, and design input across active capital projects.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited program, or combination of education and equivalent experience
10+ years of experience working on MEP design and construction projects, with 2+ years in a lead designer, project manager, or similar capacity
Working experience with Bluebeam and MS Office products
Proven communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to self-manage across multiple projects while working effectively as part of a team
Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC/NFPA 70) and ASHRAE/ICC mechanical design standards, preferred
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in at least one state, preferred
Airport experience and familiarity with Integrated Design-Build methodologies, highly preferred
Familiarity with airport regulations including FAA and CBP requirements, preferred
Experience with gas-to-electric conversion projects and EV charging infrastructure, preferred
Experience on a construction site, including direct interaction with foremen and construction crews, preferred
Active participation in relevant industry organizations, preferred
Salary:
$165,000 - $225,000 depending on experience & skill set
