Merchandise Sales Associate

Overview: Merchandise Sales Ambassadors are responsible for providing excellent customer service and generating sales by actively promoting and selling merchandise to guests at World of Fun. Some specific duties of a Merchandise Sales Ambassador may include: Greeting guests and assisting them with their merchandise purchases Recommending and upselling merchandise to guests Maintaining a clean and organized work area Operating a cash register and handling card transactions accurately Restocking merchandise as needed Providing a high level of guest service and responding to guest inquiries and concerns Following all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and loss prevention Some of our amazing perks and benefits: Paid Training and FREE Uniforms!
