Please check our current openings regularly and also apply to individual postings that interest you.Job Summary: Under the direction of the Principal, the elementary teacher is responsible for fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for students in our elementary schools. This position may include, but not be limited to, the following performance responsibilities, qualifications, knowledge, skills, and abilities which aligns with the Charlotte Danielson Framework for Teaching. Specific responsibilities for this position are as described on the attached job description.Salary Range: $75,241 - $149,387 per the 2025-2026 Snohomish Education Association Total Compensation Salary Schedule (anticipated increase for the 2026-2027 school year). Placement on the salary schedule is determined by official documentation verifying educational level and work experience. Salary will be prorated for less than a full-year and/or part-time employees.Contract: 180-days, includes 12 sick and 3 personal days per year (prorated for less than a full school year)FLSA Status: ExemptCertification/License: Valid WA State Teaching Certification as required for position.Education: Bachelors from an accredited college or university in education discipline applicable to teaching assignment.Benefits: For eligible positions, the district offers a competitive benefits package including Washington state health insurance coverage (SEBB), a Washington state retirement package, and paid time off. Generally, you are eligible for SEBB benefits if you are anticipated to work at least 630 hours per school year (September 1 through August 31).
