We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and reports for clients to make smarter business decisions.• Partner directly with clients to understand their reporting needs and translate requirements into actionable data products.• Develop a deep understanding of data models and pipelines to confidently explain results and guide clients.• Leverage AI tools to accelerate product discovery and rapidly prototype new dashboard concepts.• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams on platform and data migration initiatives.• Document data sources, business logic, and report definitions for clear stakeholder understanding.What You'll Need• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and a minimum of 2 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or reporting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.• Hands-on experience writing SQL to query, join, and aggregate data from relational databases.• Proven experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.• Experience working with relational databases and/or cloud data warehouses.• Experience in a customer-facing or stakeholder-facing role, gathering requirements and presenting findings.• Experience using AI tools for product discovery, rapid prototyping, or accelerating analytics work.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary of $74,000 - $111,000, with potential eligibility for additional compensation.• Flexible paid time off policy, including paid holidays and wellness hours.• Opportunities for professional development and to work with cutting-edge AI technologies.• A collaborative environment focused on delivering data-driven insights.Apply via Haystack today!
