A company is looking for a Senior Staff Attorney Insurance Defense. Key Responsibilities Handle complex and high exposure litigation Prepare complex pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motions, and briefs with minimal supervision Independently prepare and present witnesses and evidence at trials and hearings Qualifications Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in New York State Minimum of 10 years of insurance defense legal experience Documented first chair jury trial/appellate expertise Member in good standing of the NY Bar Association Knowledge of area courts
