Nuclear Medicine Technologist , Per Diem

Employment Type:Part timeShift:Day ShiftDescription:variable shifts including opening and closing rotation through PET CT Saturday rotation on call and holidaysOperates gamma cameras and computers. * Performs diagnostic studies on a variety of gamma cameras and computer systems. * Operates equipment without assistance; exercises independent judgment, performing procedures of high quality and with a high degree of proficiency and technical skills. * Reports equipment malfunctions to supervisor. * Equipment is cleaned daily and meets infection control standards. * Maintains accurate patient records and charges. * Requests assistance in complex situations. LICENSURE * Florida CRT license is required. * ARRT or NMTCB is required. * BLS certification is required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * High School Diploma or equivalent is required. * Graduate from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Program.
