Remote work is allowed.Role OverviewTh e Managing Partner will provide leadership on multiple dimensions i ncluding influencing the size and shape of the Clinical Transformation Line of Business (LOB) , client service and delivery, industry thought leadership, capability and solution development, business development, and company culture.ResponsibilitiesWorking collaboratively with the ir peer Co-Leader, the Managing Partner will be responsible for business development and project oversight with an emphasis on helping to further expand and grow the LOB nationally. The position will require the individual to conduct business development as well as provide group and direct project oversight where they will help Chartis win and execute complex, high-profile clinical transformation engagements. Chartis’ platform is based upon a culture of collaboration and teaming and as a result , this person will be expected to work closely with other senior members of Chartis to leverage the broad services the firm offers. This person will establish trust with clients through their deep content knowledge across a broad range of complex subject matters .In addition to the above responsibilities, the Managing Partner will be responsible for :Business And Company Leadership Manage LOB and project (s) P&L s profitably, inclusive of project pricing and margin oversight across sold work and overseeing human capital investments to grow and strengthen the LOB ensuring that management decisions are made in concert with firm leadershi p. Maintain a collaborative culture that attracts world-class, passionate, and mission-driven Partners and C onsultants and makes Chartis a great place to work. Build high performing teams including the recruitment and development of additional Partners that are a strong fit with Chartis ’ culture and values. Engender credibility at all levels within the company and effectively get things done. Present and discuss complex information in a way that persuades others and enhances understanding. Understand and effectively manage the financial, operational, people, and other drivers of the overall business. Client Service and Delivery Work with healthcare executives to design and implement industry leading solutions and drive clinical innovation. Continue Chartis’ ability to be truly distinctive in its focus on client impact and tangible results. Deliver exceptional client experiences and translate initial engagements performed for clients into long-term, broad consulting relationships. Bring a hands - on approach working with clients and oversee large, complex engagements where superior value is delivered. Build momentum for cross- LOB engagements which involve multiple Chartis offerings/teams. Manage the deployment and utilization of Chartis resources to balance the financial performance and high-quality delivery of service to clients. Work collaboratively with senior colleagues across Chartis to maximize client impact. Market Eminence and Thought Leadership Participate in industry conferences and speaking opportunities to build the Chartis reputation as an industry thought leader. Drive commercially compelling thought leadership on industry trends and marketplace changes. Direct continuous improvement initiatives that enhance IP, frameworks, service methodology, and tools. Business Development Maintain a reputation and referenced credibility as a trusted advisor. Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders over many years. Contribute to the go-to-market strategy that drives Chartis revenues and profitability. Maintain a detailed understanding of specific healthcare market dynamics, challenges, trends, and operations.
