ResponsibilitiesJob Summary: As a Supply Chain Industrial Engineer II, you will execute projects that affect MW&T businesses.Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:Demonstrates / applies understanding of engineering concepts as they relate to MW&TWorks under limited supervision to complete assigned projects that will include but are not limited to:Incentive plans and labor standardsMaterial handling equipmentFacility layoutsProcess and technology improvementExecutes projects that entail coordination with H-E-B Engineering, Operations, and outside companiesEffectively communicates and works with all management levels, hourly Partners, outside companies, and potential clientsThe responsibilities and essential functions outlined above describe the general nature and level of work assigned to this position.
