Assistant Shift Supervisor

Responsible for training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work. Reporting and taking corrective action when necessary to supervised employees. Monitored machines, molds, materials, and color. Process troubleshot ENGEL injection molding machines and integrated robotics systems. Respond to inspector/packer bell, check cycle, and adjust as needed. Inspection of product quality, make proper repairs/ adjustments when needed. Adjustment and repair of auxiliary equipment, as needed. Take last shots and set-ups for jobs ending during assigned shift. Have understanding of injection molding and production process. Other duties as assigned. Experience in direct supervision of employees. High School diploma/GED and three months experience in supervision. Available for all shifts for overtime.
