The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and ensure a welcoming and smooth experience from check-in to check-out.ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome guests in a professional mannerPerform check-in and check-out procedures efficientlyHandle reservations, cancellations, and room assignmentsAnswer phone calls and respond to guest inquiriesProcess payments and maintain accurate recordsAddress guest concerns promptly and professionallyCoordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staffRequirementsStrong communication and customer service skillsBasic computer knowledge (hotel PMS experience preferred)Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidaysProfessional appearance and positive attitude
