You’ll help families navigate care decisions, support caregivers, and ensure services begin smoothly and confidently.Service Areas May Include:Pottsville, Orwigsburg, Schuylkill Haven, Frackville, Minersville, Tamaqua, and nearby surrounding communities.Pay Rate: $30,000 – $45,000 per yearWhat You’ll Do Guide families through available care services and respond to client inquiries Coordinate schedules for caregivers and clients to ensure quality care delivery Conduct client and caregiver assessments to support safe and personalized care Maintain communication between caregivers, families, and office staff Resolve scheduling concerns and service-related issues professionally Support caregiver onboarding, training, and ongoing communication Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance requirements Represent Comfort Keepers at community events and networking opportunities Assist in identifying and connecting with potential caregiver candidates Participate in team meetings, administrative tasks, and on-call rotationsQualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Experience using Microsoft Office and related software Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Positive attitude with strong customer service skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalismWhy Join Comfort Keepers?
