DescriptionWe're looking for a Principal, Solutions Architect to serve as the strategic technical leader across the AWS Industries (AWSI) -Media & Entertainment, Games, and Sports (MEGS) vertical. This role is chartered to drive long-term strategic thought leadership, accelerate high-value opportunity pursuits, and position AWS as a transformational partner across a portfolio of strategic customers. You'll operate at the C-suite and VP level, serving as a trusted senior technical advisor to some of the world's most influential media, entertainment, gaming, and sports companies.You'll partner with account teams, product teams, and SA leadership to shape technical strategy, sponsor innovation initiatives, and help customers navigate multi-year cloud transformation journeys. Your focus will be on identifying long-horizon strategic opportunities across the portfolio, driving cross-account pattern recognition, and ensuring AWS is positioned not just as a cloud provider, but as an innovation partner at the highest levels.We're looking for someone who is curious, collaborative, and comfortable operating independently. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
