Senior Specialist - Cloud Engineering

Job DescriptionSr Lead Engineer should haveSignificant working experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MEMCM/SCCM) and other modern deployment technologies, including Intune. Primary responsibilities include the day-to-day administration of MEMCM/SCCM, including engineering new solutions as needed, and desktop application management and deployment.Role is primarily dealing with Platform Engineering and design for SCCM (they have the traditional endpoint ..very limited Intune). Also, be the escalation point for the operations team on addressing complex ticketsSenior, and very strong SCCM resource with solid experience in desktop management. (the environment is heavily complex and need someone who has dealt with such complexity )Technical SkillsProficient in endpoint support in a Microsoft Windows managed environment.Strong understanding of the “cloud” – with a specific focus on Microsoft technologies.Significant working experience with Windows SCCM infrastructures in a global environment.Working experience with implementation life cycles, methodologies, tools and practices.Understanding and experience of business continuity requirements and implementations.Experience with administration and support of Microsoft Active Directory.Experience with administration and support of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MEMCM/SCCM) for endpoint management.Personal Skills / AttributesExcellent written and verbal communication skills (English).Highly collaborative and able to work in a global environment, accommodating the different time zones.
