POSITION OVERVIEW We are hiring for a Gymnastics Program Manager with Sweet Peas & Small Fish Big Fish. The Gymnastics Manger will develop, implement, and oversee the day – to day operations of the Gymnastics programs with the support from the Owner, Aquatics Director.THIS POSITION IS FOR JENSEN BEACH, FLPerks/BenefitsFlexible SchedulePTOTrainingFun team atmosphereCompetitive paySupplemental InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee discounts401k matchingQualifications3– 5 years teaching, managing, and direct involvement in preschool gymnastics as an instructor, coach, and manager Superior knowledge of gymnastics skills, mechanics, technique, form and overall participation objectives Strong work ethic, passionate, high enthusiasm, and high energy 3+ years preschool gymnastics administrative experienceProgram Development & ManagementDesigns, prepares and manages curriculum, lesson plans and routines for classes to ensure the optimum success of the program and gymnastsMonitors daily gymnastics center operations to adhere to all state, local and Sweet Peas & SFBF safety regulationsSchedules gymnastics associates in accordance to program needs and ensures all safety and program ratios are followedEnsure controlled class management enabling equitable time for each gymnast for each planned activityExecute all of these responsibilities as head of the gymnastics program in a manner that reflects an ongoing commitment to the excellence, integrity and success of the gymnastics program, of the facility and Sweet Peas & Small Fish Big Fish Swim School STAFF MANAGEMENTDirect responsibility to hire, develop, motivate and retain a team of gymnastics instructors committed to the Sweet Peas & SFBF missionSupervises/coaches associates to deliver quality programming creating increased member valueEnsure proper records, including associate certifications, associate meetings and trainings, and daily logs used for policy and procedure Develops and monitors associate development plans and training opportunities that promote career growth Ensures staff at all levels within the program are safely spotting and lifting gymnastsSafety and Risk ManagementConducts routine checks and ensures proper maintenance of equipment and facilityReview gym and facility safety rules with new gymnastsImplements and follows training requirements in addition to ensuring proper reporting of all incidents/accidents according to risk management proceduresCustomer Service and Relationship ManagementServes as a community leader building collaborations based on trust and credibility to advance the Sweet Peas & SFBF's mission and goalsInvolves members and community in the development of programs and activitiesBuilds Relationships with program participants, parents and staffInitial and continued skills assessment of each gymnast, providing interval feedback to athletes and parentsAdministrative TasksInstitutes sound accounting procedures, investment policies, and financial controlsPrepare reports, maintain accurate records, and analyze data related to program participation, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.Develop and implements additional programming as necessary to maximize facility usage.Member schools are independently owned and operated.
