We are a forward-thinking MSP investing heavily in how technology can be used to deliver a better client experience and a more consistent, scalable service model.This position is based in Phoenix, AZ and is part of our growing Phoenix market team.Role overviewWe're hiring a Technology Alignment Manager to serve as Accelera's on-site presence across Phoenix-area client accounts. This is a field-based role built for someone who thrives in client environments — someone who combines strong technical hands-on capability with the instincts to build trusted relationships and keep technology running the way it should.You'll work alongside a Phoenix-area Technology Strategist who owns client roadmaps and strategic direction. Your job is to execute on those plans — on-site, in the room, maintaining standards, delivering projects, and being the face of Accelera that clients see most often.Technology Alignment-Conduct Technology Alignment Reviews and recurring check-ins across assigned Phoenix-area client accounts-Maintain fixed, dedicated on-site engagement at client locations as part of a structured account model-Identify technology risks, aging hardware, software gaps, and out-of-standard configurations; document findings and communicate recommendations-Track and maintain asset inventories, technology standards, and environment documentation in IT Glue-Coordinate with the Technology Strategist to keep client environments aligned to approved roadmaps and Accelera standards-Support QBR preparation with accurate site-level documentation and environmental dataProfessional Services & Field Engineering-Deploy, configure, and install workstations, servers, switches, firewalls, wireless infrastructure, and other end-user and network equipment-Execute professional services projects including network builds and upgrades, hardware refreshes, M365 configurations, server migrations, and other billable engagements-Perform on-site troubleshooting and escalation support for issues requiring physical presence or network-level access-Manage project timelines, communicate status to clients and internal stakeholders, and ensure work is completed within scope-Document all completed project work, configurations, and system changes in Autotask and IT GlueClient presence & account ownership-Serve as Accelera's on-site representative across assigned Phoenix-area accounts-Maintain professional, consistent client relationships; surface concerns early and escalate appropriately-Ensure all on-site interactions reflect Accelera's service standards and delivery expectationsRequired qualifications-3+ years of hands-on experience in a field IT, network administrator, or MSP engineer role-Working knowledge of network infrastructure: firewalls, managed switches, VLANs, wireless access points, and routing fundamentals-Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration, Windows Server, and Active Directory / Entra ID-Experience deploying and configuring workstations, servers, and network equipment in a business environment-Familiarity with PSA and RMM platforms; experience with Autotask and Datto RMM is a plus-Consistent documentation practices using IT Glue or a comparable platform-Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation; regular client site travel is required-Clear, professional communication with both technical staff and non-technical business contactsPreferred-Background working in a managed services environment-Experience with structured Technology Alignment Reviews or client QBR processes-Familiarity with TruMethods or a similar MSP service delivery framework-An interest in emerging technology and how it shapes the future of IT service delivery — this will be an area of focus for Accelera and for the clients we serveCompensation & benefitsCompensation is commensurate with experience and includes a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus, and mileage reimbursement at the IRS standard rate.
