As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you will manage the end-to-end loan processing workflow, from verifying borrower documentation to coordinating with underwriters and loan officers. Key responsibilities include reviewing loan applications for accuracy, assembling required documents, maintaining constant communication with all stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines. You will work closely with teams to facilitate a seamless mortgage process for our clients. Qualifications Proficiency in NQM, DSCR Mortgage Industry knowledge and Mortgage Lending best practicesStrong understanding of Loan Processing workflows and income/asset verificationFamiliarity with Underwriting guidelines and compliance standardsExperience with Loans, including documentation, structuring, and closureExcellent organizational and communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a remote environmentProficiency with loan processing tools and softwareBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in finance, business, or related fields
