This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys organization, and wants to build a career in the roofing and construction industry.Why join us?Support with scheduling, material procurement, and documentation for re-roof and maintenance projectsCoordinate with clients, vendors, and field crews to ensure smooth communication and efficient project flowPrepare and manage submittals, change orders, job logs, and closeout packagesTrack work orders, service requests, and warranty follow-upsAssist with estimating, proposal generation, and maintenance contract renewals as neededMaintain project records and ensure compliance with safety and quality standardsRoof Systems You'll Work WithTPO | PVC | EPDM | Coatings | Built-Up Roofing (BUR) | Modified Bitumen | Metal Retrofit SystemsJob Details2+ years of experience in construction or roofing coordination (preferred)Strong organizational and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office; experience in Procore or similar project software a plusA team-oriented mindset with attention to detail and follow-throughDesire to grow within a stable, reputable roofing contractorYou'll be part of a company that values its people as much as its clients.
