Marketing Coordinator

Savory Fund is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is detail-oriented, creative, and excited to help bring restaurant brands to life. You'll support the day-to-day execution of marketing programs across a growing portfolio of restaurant concepts — from scheduling social content and coordinating campaigns to helping pull reports and supporting grand openings.This role works closely with the Marketing Manager, brand leaders, and external vendors. If you're an early-career marketer who takes initiative, loves the restaurant and hospitality world, and wants to grow inside a fast-moving, multi-brand environment, you'll fit right in.What You'll Be DoingSupporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across Savory Fund's portfolio of restaurant brandsManaging content calendars for social media, email, and digital channelsCreating, scheduling, and publishing content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, and other platformsMonitoring social media engagement, responding to comments and messages, and escalating issues as neededCoordinating the production of marketing assets — photography, videography, graphics, and copy — with internal teams and vendorsAssisting with email marketing campaigns including list management, templates, scheduling, and trackingSupporting influencer outreach, partnership coordination, and community engagement initiativesPulling and compiling reports on digital performance including social metrics, email open rates, and paid ad resultsCoordinating with agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of creative and campaign materialsMaintaining organized asset libraries — photos, videos, brand guidelines, and materials — across all portfolio brandsSupporting new restaurant opening campaigns including local outreach and grand opening materialsAssisting with paid social and digital advertising under the direction of the Marketing ManagerThis is an execution-focused, hands-on role — you'll help keep multiple brands moving and make sure the details are always right.What We're Looking ForStrong attention to detail with a high standard for quality and accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines at onceA self-starter who follows through with minimal supervisionA creative eye for content, design, and brand consistencyCollaborative and positive, with a solutions-focused attitudeComfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environmentWilling to travel to restaurant locations and occasionally be available for evenings and weekendsExperience That Helps1–3 years of marketing experience; internship experience consideredPrior experience in restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage preferredExperience managing brand social media accounts in a professional setting preferredProficiency with social media scheduling tools (Later, Sprout Social, or similar)Basic proficiency with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferredFamiliarity with email platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar) a plusFamiliarity with Meta Ads Manager or Google Analytics a plusBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferredWhy Savory FundWe invest in and grow emerging restaurant brands, and we believe great execution is what makes great marketing possible.Our values guide how we show up every day: Competency Humility Integrity PositivityYou'll have the chance to build real skills, work across multiple exciting brands, and grow alongside a rapidly expanding portfolio.SkillsFluent in English
