Job Description Haven's Gateway Personal Care Facility Inc. for over 18 years is seeking a Direct Service Worker for over 18 years! You will assist in the daily care of elderly or disabled individuals. We offer part-time flexible hours, ALL shifts, and unlimited hours! If you are compassionate about people, please apply today.Responsibilities:Assist clients with daily living activities based on the client's comprehensive Plan OF CareCommunicate ongoing care results and updates to supervisors and write daily notes based on the consumer's CPOCCollaborate with clients for the best care based on their CPOCMaintain a healthy and comfortable living environmentEnsuring that the client makes all assigned appointmentsEnsure all clients are maintaining three-course meals per day​Qualifications:Previous experience in personal care or other related fields, 6 monthsCompassionate and caring demeanorAbility to build rapport with clientsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBackground Check/3 reliable references from previous jobs Reliable transportation that will enable you to transport the client around.Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance that you are able to use without any restrictions.
