This position serves as the operational lead for front desk functions and patient flow while helping ensure an exceptional experience for persons served, visitors, providers, and staff.The Clinical Operations Coordinator will work closely with the VP of Integrated Health and clinic staff to support efficient clinic operations, oversee front desk workflows, assist with patient access and scheduling processes, and help maintain a welcoming, professional environment.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced healthcare professional who enjoys balancing administrative leadership, patient service, and clinic operations.CompensationThe salary range for this position is $21.63-$22.60 per hour, based on non-discriminatory factors such as education, experience, certifications, technical skills, and overall qualifications.This is a full-time, non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with applicable laws and organizational policies.What We're Looking ForDetroit Recovery Project is seeking an organized, customer-focused professional with experience supporting outpatient healthcare operations.
