Title: A&D Sales Representative - TexasLocation: REMOTE/HOME OFFICE, Dallas / Fort Worth areaPay: Base salary + guaranteed 1st year commissionsOur client is a leading distributor of wholesale residential and commercial building materials that is rapidly growing and adding new product lines to their portfolio.Company OverviewHas been a leader in the industry for close to 100 years.They have a total of 18 distribution points to allow them to get products to their customers quickly.Well financed and stable organization that has new brands coming in to the portfolio to expand the offering and ability to deliver multiple options to client base.Acquired 2 new companies roughly 5 years ago to enhance the offerings and services they provide their clients and looking to continue to make acquisitions that make sense for the company.Position SummaryDevelop and maintain relationships with key A&D firms driving specificationsLeverage network in the A&D community to help advance revenue and reputation in the area by driving specifications and product awareness through them.Present product demonstrations to potential customers to include their features, benefits, and new products that will be beneficial to them.Reports to Director of A&D SalesSkills/Requirements3+ years' experience in A&D sales, preferably in marketKeen understanding of specification sales, key A&D firms in the Wisconsin markets.Highly motivated self-starter who can work autonomously and in a team environment with excellent follow-up skills.Excellent communication ability, both verbal and written.High level of integrity and commitment to doing what is right and fair for all involved.VAlid driver's license and good driving record.Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in Interior Design.More details will be shared during the interview process.
