The studio specialises in luxury residential and hospitality environments, delivering highly curated, globally influenced spaces that reflect each client’s lifestyle and context. This is a senior-level position for a client-facing designer with strong business development capabilities, particularly within the high-end residential sector. You will play a key role in both winning new work and leading projects from concept through delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client LeadershipActively identify, pursue, and secure new high-end residential opportunitiesBuild and maintain relationships with private clients, developers, brokers, and industry partnersLead client presentations, pitches, and proposal developmentContribute to the studio’s growth strategy within the Miami and wider US luxury marketDesign LeadershipLead the design and delivery of luxury residential projects from concept through installationDevelop strong design narratives rooted in context, lifestyle, and architectural influenceOversee FF&E selection, material palettes, and bespoke detailingEnsure design excellence and consistency across all project stagesProject ManagementManage multiple high-value projects simultaneouslyCoordinate with consultants, architects, and contractorsOversee budgets, schedules, and resourcingMentor and guide junior designersClient ExperienceBuild long-term client relationships through a highly personalised design approachTranslate client vision into refined, high-quality design solutionsDeliver exceptional service and attention to detail throughout the project lifecycleRequirements8–12+ years’ experience in interior design, with a focus on luxury residential projectsProven track record in business development / client generationStrong portfolio demonstrating high-end, detail-driven residential workExperience leading projects end-to-end (concept to completion)Excellent client-facing, presentation, and communication skillsStrong understanding of materials, FF&E, and bespoke design processesProficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite)Ability to operate in a fast-paced, design-led studio environment
