This role is part of a fast‑paced, high‑volume billing company that provides managed billing services to healthcare providers, helping them streamline and scale their billing and collections. You will be responsible for handling daily billing tasks and supporting our clients by keeping their claims moving efficiently.This is a hybrid position based in our Holmdel, NJ office. Team members are expected to work onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.Key ResponsibilitiesSubmit initial, secondary and tertiary insurance claims daily for assigned clientsSend corrected claims when neededReview and fix claim rejectionsWork on ongoing claim submission and correction projectsHandle additional billing related projects as assignedDesired Skills and ExperienceAt least 2 years of experience in medical billing (experience with substance abuse, mental health or ABA a plus)Able to handle a fast‑paced workload and shift priorities when neededOrganized and comfortable handling multiple tasks at onceClear and confident communicatorSelf‑starter with a positive, professional demeanorAnalytical problem‑solver who can stay focused when problems ariseBase Salary Range$44,000 - $50,000 USDBenefits
