Electrical Apprentice & Electrical Journeyman

Transform Electric is hiring for a full-time Electrical Apprentice & Journeyman to join our crew within Utah & Salt Lake County. We are looking for outstanding individuals within or looking to join the electrical field. What It Looks Like: Morning meeting with the crew to line out the day's work & tasks. 10 hours on your feet, walking, squatting, climbing and lifting. Working with your hands, tools, materials and equipment. Prefabrication of common devices and materials. Installation and documentation of all assigned work. Who & What We’re looking for: A Self Motivated Individual: We want someone with a GREAT attitude. Positivity and being able to collaborate with the entire team is a must. A Proficient Learner: Someone who is able to receive and implement the advice and training that’s given. A Forward Thinker: A person who is always looking where the puck is going and is ready to move to the next task. Technologically Adept: We train our entire team to read and understand blueprints as well as digitally document throughout the project. Willing To Travel: Our Northern crew is primarily responsible for projects based in Utah and Salt Lake County, however, assisting our Southern UT crew and working on projects throughout the state will occasionally be required. Passionate: Someone who loves working hard and is excited about being within the electrical industry. Goal Oriented: Someone who is ready to jump start or continue their career in a high demand and technical trade. Education (Apprentice): Ready to start or currently enrolled within an electrical apprenticeship program. (0-2nd year electricians) Education (Journeyman): Currently or having already obtained their commercial Journeyman license. (3rd-4th year electricians). . Clean & Presentable: Someone who takes care of themselves and is willing and able to pass a drug test.
