Job DescriptionESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible and accountable for execution of multiple concurrent R&D and NPI development and/or manufacturing site transfer projects that deliver critical and strategic business benefitsLead cross-function teams consisting of members from Engineering, Quality, Operations and Supply Chain to achieve project objectivesServe as primary point of contact for external customers as well as internal stakeholders to proactively communicate project status, schedule, risks, and issue resolutionCoordinates to define project needs and develop project scope and work plans for multiple concurrent projects of moderate complexityCommunicate with all levels of the organization from the production floor to upper management to ensure clear visibility to project health and overall alignment with project objectivesUtilizes the Project Management Office (PMO) Toolbox to properly scope activities, manage risk, and monitor financial performanceLead project teams through the CathX Product Development Process (PDP), including Phase Gate reviews and other business processesWork closely with functional management to ensure resources are allocated and effective on projectsCreates a positive and productive team environment; generates organizational excitement for project benefitsTravel to other CathX facilities, customer sites, and vendors as neededResponsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all Federal, State, local and company regulations, policies, and procedures. Performs other duties assigned as needed.
