We help airport guests find their way, find the services they need, and do what we can to brighten their day to make our airport, America's Friendliest!Full-time work ranges from 30-40 hours per week, part-time work between 15-29 hours per week.Availability required are 6am-3pm or 2pm-12amBenefits may include parking/transit reimbursement or parking passes, 401(k), paid time-off, and medical, dental, and vision insurance and vary based on employment status.Wages begin at $16.00 per hour.What You'll DoYou may find yourself variably assigned to any one of our guest services responsibilities. This could include engaging guests at and around airport information desks or booths, checking outbound passengers in at virtual queuing, greeting and guiding inbound international passengers in the FIS, wayfinding for those who find themselves at the rental car facility, or providing additional support to airport stakeholders, programs, or volunteers to close the loop on airport guest needs.QualificationsOur ideal candidate is proactive, engaging, and welcoming of a diverse airport community.Customer service or wayfinding/information help desk experience preferred.Must be fluent in speaking and writing in the English languagePreference to those who speak additional languages particularly Spanish.Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to the entire length of the shift.Must be able to operate and/or learn how to operate computers/tablets/smartphones and software such as Microsoft Office/Rippling within first two weeks.Able to remain positive, empathetic, and calm during passenger and team member interactionsMust be able to acquire and maintain an airport-issued badge ID:18 years of age or olderAuthorized for employment in the United StatesAble to provided required forms of identification for badging in a timely manner
