Customer Service Manager – MidstreamLocation: Deer Park, TexasSalary: $140,000 – $150,000Job Type: Direct HireBenefits: Full company benefits (401k, PTO, Medical, etc.)The Customer Service Manager is responsible for leading the customer service function at Intercontinental Terminals Company, ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients in the petrochemical, refining, and bulk liquid storage industries.This role serves as the primary bridge between customers and terminal operations, ensuring efficient communication, accurate order handling, and high levels of customer satisfaction.Terminal / Midstream experience is required for this role. Candidates without direct terminal experience will not be considered.The ideal candidate has experience in logistics, terminals, energy, or chemical operations and can manage both customer relationships and operational coordination in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment.Customer Relationship ManagementServe as the primary escalation point for key customer accountsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teamsEnsure customer requirements and service expectations are clearly understood and consistently metProcess ImprovementIdentify inefficiencies in customer service and order management processesImplement improvements to enhance service quality, speed, and accuracyDrive adoption of best practices and continuous improvement initiativesCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with all internal teamsProvide customer insights to support business decisions and service improvementsKey SkillsMust have Terminal / Midstream experience (required)Strong leadership and team managementExcellent communication and customer relationship skillsOperational awareness and problem-solving abilityHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environmentConflict resolution and decision-making under pressure
