We are expanding our reach and seeking experienced, relationship-driven professionals who can introduce laboratory partners to our software platform. Position Overview ASAP Results is seeking an Independent Contractor Software Sales Representative responsible for securing laboratory partnerships for our software solutions. This is a commission-only opportunity designed for high-performing sales professionals who are confident in their ability to cultivate relationships within the laboratory and diagnostics industry. The contractor operates independently and is responsible for developing and managing their own sales pipeline. Compensation Structure $10,000 commission per successfully onboarded laboratory A laboratory is considered successfully signed when: A formal agreement has been executed, and The laboratory has funded its first 500 encounters within the ASAP Results platform. Commission becomes earned once both conditions are satisfied. Commission will be paid within 30 days of written confirmation that the 500 funded encounter milestone has been achieved. No base salary. No draws or advances. No benefits. No expense reimbursement unless agreed to in writing. Scope of Work The Independent Contractor will: Identify and prospect clinical laboratories and diagnostic facilities. Conduct outreach via phone, email, networking, and industry events. Facilitate discovery conversations to assess software fit. Present ASAP Results’ software solutions in a consultative and compliant manner. Coordinate demonstrations when necessary. Support the contracting process in collaboration with leadership. Maintain professional documentation of outreach and deal progression. Assist with smooth transition from contract execution to activation milestone. Preferred Experience Background in laboratory sales, diagnostics, LIS/LIMS, or healthcare technology. Experience working with clinical laboratory leadership or operations teams. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and highly organized. Ethical, compliant communication style. Independent Contractor Status This role is strictly a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Contractor controls their own schedule, methods, and strategy. Contractor is responsible for all taxes, insurance, and business expenses. Contractor is not eligible for employee benefits. No employment relationship is created. No minimum production guarantees. Non-exclusive relationship unless otherwise agreed in writing. A formal Independent Contractor Agreement will outline confidentiality, commission terms, and any applicable non-solicitation provisions. Compliance & Professional Conduct Given the regulated nature of laboratory and healthcare services: All communications must be truthful and compliant with applicable federal and state regulations. Contractor may not make guarantees related to reimbursement, regulatory outcomes, or financial projections.
