Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. The Baker will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency. Duties: - Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts - Follow recipes and production schedules to meet customer demands - Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed for different recipes - Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards - Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute catering orders - Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and orders Skills: - Proficient in food handling techniques and kitchen equipment operation - Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures - Experience in food production and baking techniques - Strong culinary skills with the ability to cook various baked items - Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards - Prior experience in catering or food preparation is a plus If you are a passionate Baker with a flair for creating delicious baked goods, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary talents.
