This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who wants true ownership in building and shaping training systems from the ground up as the company scales.If you thrive in environments where you can create structure, improve processes, and directly influence production success, this role offers a strong platform for autonomy and long-term career growth.What Makes This Role Stand OutDirect hire opportunity with long-term stabilityHighly competitive pay: $70,000 – $80,000 + bonus potentialDay shift scheduleOn-site role in Sugar Land, TXJoin a rapidly growing manufacturing organizationOpportunity to own and build SOPs, training systems, and certification programsWhat You'll DoDevelop and deliver hands-on technical training for manufacturing operators and techniciansBuild onboarding programs and structured certification pathways for new and existing employeesCreate and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process guides, and training materialsTrain employees on equipment operation, safety standards, production processes, and quality expectationsCoordinate training schedules aligned with production needsEvaluate employee progress and provide coaching to reinforce technical skillsPartner with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to ensure training reflects current processesTrack certifications, training completion, and compliance recordsIdentify and implement improvements to training effectiveness using performance dataSupport audit readiness and compliance requirementsWhat We're Looking For3+ years in manufacturing, technical training, or production environmentsStrong understanding of manufacturing operations and workflowsExperience developing SOPs, work instructions, or structured training programsStrong communication, presentation, and organizational skillsAbility to work cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and QualityMicrosoft Office proficiency (LMS experience is a plus)Bilingual skills are a plusExperience creating digital training content or video materials is a plusWhy This OpportunityThis is a chance to join a rapidly expanding manufacturing organization where training is a critical driver of scalability and operational excellence.
