Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our fun and growing Early Intervention team in York, PA and surrounding areas!(Caution: You will see the word "FLEXIBLE" multiple times in this description because this position is truly that!)Flexible Scheduling Options: Part-Time & PRN opportunities available. Work as little or as much as you'd like. We're looking for someone open to case build up to 5 hours/week!Flexible Hourly Compensation: $65–$75/hour (Rates are negotiable!)Flexible Service Areas: We work hard to keep visits within a 30-minute drive from the therapist's home! We have options in York/Adams County, PA areas!Flexible Session Scheduling: You create your own schedule based on you and your client's availability! As a leader in pediatric therapy, we provide a purpose-driven environment where your skills and compassion truly make a difference.Provide Speech sessions through the use of current best practices based on services defined in the child's Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).Work with families/caregivers in the child's natural environment and throughout the community while supporting the families daily routines.Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals.Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program. This includes session noted, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input.Education: Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligibleCertification: Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP).Skills: Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
