Customer Service Representative
Nelson Mazda is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! We are looking for candidates with a great work ethic, self discipline, excellent communication skills(written and verbal), ability to multitask for long periods of time and a high level of professionalism. We are looking for someone who is positive, joyful, and passionate about maintaining customer satisfaction!The job duties for this position are as follows: Managing the follow up process Efficiently using CRM Answering phones and booking appointments Confirming next day appointments Completing daily task sheet in a timely manner Assign leads as they come in Making follow up calls to make sure our guests had an amazing experience after their recent service visitCompensation: $20/hour based on experience 5 day work schedule (including Saturdays) Excellent company-sponsored medical, dental, and vision coverage options Industry leading 401K with company matching contributions.
