About This Job: Air and Space Force Solutions, a business unit within BAE Systems, has an opening at our Hill Air Force Base, Utah location for an experienced systems engineer to implement and manage ICBM Directorate-wide Digital Ecosystem Systems Engineering functions, by building and maintaining SysML Models and requirements and baselines. The selected candidate will join our Information Services team and have an important role in supporting our mission of Strategic Deterrence through continual improvement and innovation. The position will have the following duties and responsibilities:

• Provide expert systems engineering advice and support to ICBM Digital Ecosystem section leadership
• Model ICBM system requirements, functions, components, interfaces, and test cases in SysML using Cameo Systems Modeler
• Participate in systems engineering working groups
• Provide support to programmatic and technical briefings, reports, and other related documentation
• Regularly engage with Government, industry mission partner, and Digital Engineering teammates
• Integrate and execute ICBM's digital strategy baseline and provide digital ecosystem recommendations and solutions to a wide customer base
• Maintain authoritative SysML model and requirements baselines, including model configuration management, branch merges, and DOORS-to-Cameo traceability
• Support model governance and data and interface integration across multiple Government and industry partner organizations
• Seek out unfamiliar, fast-changing technical problems and contribute in a fast-paced environment with high energy and motivation, and able stay comfortable tackling changing priorities
• Other duties as assigned
