We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the DevLink platform, owning design-to-code synchronization (Code Sync), CLI/API workflows, and developer experience while building a high-performing engineering team. About The Role Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada) Full-time Permanent (Choose one) Exempt The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. Base pay ranges are structured into zones; specific base pay within the range is determined by geographic location, experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. United States (zones and ranges in USD; workers in the United States): Zone A: 175,800 - 223,700 Zone B: 164,500 - 209,600 Zone C: 154,200 - 196,500 Canada (CAD; workers in Canada): 199,300 - 253,800 Ireland (EUR; workers in Ireland): 109,000 - 148,200 United Kingdom (GBP; workers in the United Kingdom): 97,700 - 134,300 This role is eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. As an Engineering Manager, you'll … Lead and mentor a team building the DevLink platform—spanning Code Sync and Code Component, to enable seamless design-to-code workflows. Oversee the development, reliability, and lifecycle of DevLink and related developer workflows (CLI, APIs/SDKs, Git integrations). Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders. Drive the adoption of best practices in software development. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration. Ensure the team's work aligns with Webflow's overall strategic goals and objectives. Requirements About you BA/BS degree or equivalent experience You'll Thrive As An Engineering Manager If You 2+ years of proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams. 5+ years of strong experience in software development, with a focus on web development technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
