Job Title: Permanent-Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: Independence, VA 24348 Pay rate: $42/hourly Duration: Permanent Shift: 8:00 AM:4:30 PM Roles and Responsibilities: Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders. Develop personalized treatment plans and provide therapy services. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and advocate for patients' needs. Maintain accurate documentation and promote prevention and wellness. Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP). State licensure and optional certification through ASHA. Strong clinical and communication skills, empathy, and cultural competence.
