CDL Driver

Job TitleResponsible for the delivery of ordered products to customers in the field, building and maintaining rapport with customers, and warehouse duties as assigned.Specific duties, activities, and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Safe and timely delivery of product to customersBuilding and maintaining good customer rapportWorking with pipes, valves, and fittings (PVF)Stocking and arranging productAssist with warehouse duties including pulling and stocking inventoryEHS requirements:Complete all work in a safe manner and follow all safety requirements consistent with supporting the company's TRIR goalsFollow all environmental requirements consistent with supporting the company's environmental performance goalsComplete, and actively participate in all the company's safety training requirementsMaintain a clean driving record in accordance with company insurance policyFollow all requirements of FMCSAPosition requirements:CDL LicenseCurrent Medical Card1 year experience working in a supply store or similar environment1 year forklift or material handling equipment experienceAvailable to work a full time shift, rotating Saturdays, and on call as directed by Branch ManagerAverage computer literacy to learn computer programsExcellent driving record and current DLMaintain company vehicleAbility to lift up to 50 lbs unassistedAbility to operate power equipment to move materials unassistedAbility to bend and stoop as necessaryAbility to travel as necessary for performance of dutiesWork environment:This position is maintained inside a climate-controlled environment in a Bell Supply store.Travel:Daily travel is required for this position using a company vehicle.
