The seasonal Race Operations Worker assists with critical track and event operations at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park, including track preparation, staging lane management, and drag strip duties such as ready line, water box, and start line operations. This position may involve operating tractors or ATVs and plays an essential role in creating a safe, enjoyable race day experience for guests. Team members are responsible for maintaining safety protocols, communicating effectively with staff, participants, and fans, and fostering a fun, friendly atmosphere throughout race events.
