A well-established financial services firm is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations across multiple locations. This is a high-impact role with broad scope, including space planning, vendor management, global security systems, and strategic facilities initiatives.You'll work cross-functionally with leadership and department heads while also owning hands-on operational responsibilities — making this an ideal fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in running a best-in-class workplace.Key Responsibilities
Lead space planning efforts, including restacks, office conversions, and relocations, in collaboration with department leaders
Manage facilities projects end-to-end: scoping, budgeting, timeline development, and stakeholder communications
Oversee day-to-day office health, safety, cleanliness, and vendor coordination
Administer access control and global security platforms, conducting regular audits and ensuring standardized protocols
Manage the firm's space planning software and ensure accurate data and reporting
Coordinate with building engineers and property managers on maintenance, repairs, and infrastructure
Own vendor relationships, contract renewals, SLA performance, and invoice review
Support onboarding, seat assignments, and business continuity planning
Track facilities budgets and provide quarterly spend analysisWhat we're looking for
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of facilities, office management, or construction experience
Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings, floor plans, and technical elevations
Strong project management skills with a track record of running complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
Proficiency with space planning tools, access control systems, Excel, and PowerPoint
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Professional, discreet, and comfortable handling confidential information
Team-oriented with a no-task-too-small attitude and strong follow-through
