Good, you've come to the right place.What we are looking for:Workplace Interior Designers/ Interior Architects with 10-15years of experienceBased in Washington, DCmetro area for hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 days remote).Ability to develop strong design concepts and accurately document them in design presentations and construction documentsMinimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior DesignExhibits design and technological sophistication, and is self-starting, energetic, and creativeExcellent Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skillsExperience with the construction administration processAbility to mentor and lead the design process with more junior designersExperience with space planning, FF&E specifications, material selections, codes, and coordination with consultantsStrong written and verbal communication skills, experience being the main point of contact with clients, presentingExcellent 3D graphic rendering skillsFluent in written and spoken EnglishValid work permit (USA)What we preferLEED and/or WELL accreditationNCIDQ Certification or Architectural LicensureWhat we offerPlease note this position is for our Washington, DC office only.
