This role is responsible for supporting a wide range of IT Support responsibilities including equipment configuration, hardware/software issues, O365 user database, managing technical documentation, among other things. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a thorough understanding of IT best practices and a commitment to delivering excellent service to employees.ResponsibilitiesProvide support to employees as a first point of contactConfigure and deploy computer equipment to employees (Laptops, desktops, handheld scanners, label printers)Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issuesCreating users, email and O365 groupsCreating/updating technical documentationMaintain an up-to-date status for all assigned ticketsMaintain inventory and asset status' Equal opportunity employer as to all protected groups, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
