You'll work on a variety of systems and technologies, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, networking, cybersecurity, and project implementation.Responsibilities include:Handling escalated support tickets and resolving complex technical issuesManaging and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)Supporting Windows servers, networking equipment, and cloud platformsAssisting with firewall configurations, VPN setups, and remote access toolsParticipating in cybersecurity monitoring, response, and best practicesLeading or supporting IT projects such as migrations, deployments, and upgradesCollaborating with Tier 1 techs and mentoring junior staffDocumenting solutions and contributing to internal knowledge baseWhat We're Looking For3+ years of experiencein a Tier 2 or similar IT support role (MSP experience preferred)Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and supportSolid understanding of networking (switches, firewalls, VLANs, DNS, DHCP)Familiarity with cybersecurity tools, practices, and incident responseExperience with project-based work such as system rollouts or cloud migrationsExcellent troubleshooting and communication skillsRelevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, or security-focused) are a plusWhat We OfferDirect Primary Care (DPC) healthcare coveragePaid time off and holidaysOngoing training and certification supportA collaborative team environment with room to growCasual dress code and a stocked break roomHow to ApplyIf you're ready to take your IT career to the next level and join a team that values your skills and personality, we'd love to hear from you.
