Come and enjoy a great working environment where all staff are made to feel welcome!Responsibilities Include:Collect soiled linens and resident clothing from designated areasSort laundry according to fabric type, color, and washing requirementsOperate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficientlyFold, label, and distribute clean laundry to residents and departmentsInspect linens and clothing for damage and report items needing repair or replacementFollow infection control and safety procedures when handling soiled laundryMaintain cleanliness and organization of laundry room and equipmentMonitor and report equipment malfunctions to supervisorEnsure proper use of detergents, chemicals, and suppliesRespect resident privacy and handle personal clothing with careAssist with inventory of linens and laundry supplies as neededMinimum Requirements:Written and verbal communication skillsAbility to respect all members of the healthcare teamSolid work history with excellent attendance and punctualityPatience, understanding and compassion for those requiring our careBenefits Include:Generous compensation packagePaid Time OffPaid HolidaysInsurance including Medical Dental and VisionSupplemental benefits available as well401K PlanDaily Pay Available
