The Role: Local Driving Position Stay close to home while keeping the wheels turning. Local routes that start and end at our Durbin Logistics lot Consistent daily schedule with familiar lanes Home every night—no overnights required Weekend work? Always optional. Never required. Our Equipment We’re proud of our upgraded, state-of-the-art fleet, featuring brand-new trailers and new trucks—including Automatics for the first time! 18 Freightliner Cascadia Sleepers: 11 Manual/ 10 speed—7 Automatic 10 Freightliner Cascadia Day Cabs: 2 Manual/ 10 Speed—8 Automatic Over 90 Wabash 53' Dry Vans (including 2026 & 2027 model trailers) Plus, intermodal containers: 20', 40', and ISO tanks All of our freight is no-touch and non-hazmat. A Tanker Endorsement is required, but we’ll give you 60 days to get it if you don’t already have one.
