Marketing Specialist Overview The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing projects and day-to-day marketing operations. They assist in coordinating marketing initiatives, managing marketing materials, and supporting cross-functional teams to drive brand consistency and dealer success. Key Responsibilities Project Support Assist with planning and execution of marketing projects and campaigns Help organize project timelines, deliverables, and documentation Support project tracking and status reporting Coordinate with team members and vendors on project needs Assists in the coordination of social media Marketing Operations Manage marketing collateral production and distribution (brochures, catalogs, promotional materials) Maintain and update marketing databases and records Track and organize marketing assets and resources Support event planning and coordination Organizes and tracks social media calendar Communications & Coordination Communicate project updates and requirements to team members Coordinate social media content and engagement initiatives Assist with internal and external communications Prepare marketing materials and documentation Administrative & Analytics Support Support data collection, organization, and basic analysis Assist with tracking marketing KPIs and campaign performance Help compile reports and presentations Maintain project management tools and records General administrative support as needed Required Qualifications Experience 1-3 years of marketing or related administrative experience Experience supporting marketing campaigns or projects preferred Knowledge of marketing platforms and tools a plus Technical Skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with project management or marketing software preferred Basic data entry and database management skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Competencies Clear verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Collaborative team player mentality Problem-solving and initiative-taking ability Professional demeanor and reliability Basic analytical and research skills Requirements: Experience 1-3 years of marketing or related administrative experience Experience supporting marketing campaigns or projects preferred Knowledge of marketing platforms and tools a plus
