Travel Speech Pathologist Assistant in Cupertino, CA

This opportunity is for a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide essential support to students across multiple schools in Cupertino, CA. Serving two elementary schools and one middle school, this role involves working on-site with direct interaction with students, educators, and speech-language pathologists throughout the school year.Responsibilities:Deliver speech and language support to students under the supervision of licensed speech-language pathologists.Work with students at two elementary schools for one day each per week and a middle school for three days per week.Assist in preparing materials and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) in speech therapy sessions.Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records.Support classroom teachers and staff with strategies to enhance communication skills.Qualifications:Experience as an SLPA, particularly in a school setting.Knowledge of speech and language development in children.Ability to work effectively with school-age children across elementary and middle school levels.Strong communication and organizational skills.Availability to work full-time, in-person during typical school hours (approximately 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM).Comfortable with traveling between multiple school locations.Location:Cupertino, CA, with travel required among the assigned schools.This position is needed as soon as possible and will continue through the full school year, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student communication development.
