The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of service in the food and beverage offerings. Responsibilities include managing staff hiring and training, supervising the team to ensure smooth operations, and addressing customer feedback to enhance the overall dining experience. The Restaurant Manager will collaborate with the leadership team to develop strategies for improving efficiency and profitability.
