United States.We are seeking a results-driven Technical Program Manager to lead execution across a portfolio of large-scale power generation and data center infrastructure projects spanning North America.WHAT DO WE EXPECT?8-10+ years of project, program, or construction management experience delivering large-scale industrial, energy and infrastructure projects.US-based with authorization to work in the United States.Proven track record delivering large-scale capital projects ($200M+) from groundbreaking through mechanical completion.Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects and balancing competing priorities within a program or portfolio environment.Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Project (or equivalent), including baseline schedules, forecasting, recovery planning, resource-loaded CPM schedules, critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, and earned value reporting.Demonstrated ability to create publication-ready Gantt charts and executive summary schedules for client presentations.Strong understanding of construction sequencing across mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines.Experience managing general contractors and multi-tier subcontractor coordination.Experience coordinating project execution in regulated environments with environmental and permitting requirements including managing permit acquisition timelines, coordinating with agencies (EPA, state environmental, local jurisdictions), ensuring construction compliance with permit conditions.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel modeling, PowerPoint presentations, Word documentation).Excellent written communication skills for RFIs, meeting minutes, progress reports, and executive summaries.Oil & gas construction background including midstream facilities, gas processing plants, pipeline infrastructure, compression stations, or power generation serving O&G operations.Experience with natural gas-fired power plants, reciprocating engines, combustion turbines, or combined cycle facilities.Familiarity with data center construction, electrical infrastructure, cooling systems, and mission-critical reliability requirements.Experience navigating regulatory requirements such as TCEQ or other state environmental agency processes.Experience supporting hyperscale data center developments, mission-critical infrastructure, or large-scale energy projects serving digital infrastructure markets.AI literacy and practical application of AI tools for project documentation, risk analysis, schedule optimization, contract review, and technical writing.Background in EPC, Owner’s Engineer, Developer, or Owner-Operator project delivery environments.Understanding of OSHA construction safety standards and environmental compliance during construction.WHAT AWAITS YOU?Establish and maintain program governance processes, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics across multiple concurrent projects.Consolidate project schedules, risks, resource requirements, and key milestones into portfolio-level reporting for executive leadership and stakeholders.Develop comprehensive project execution plans from concept studies through commissioning and handover, including master schedules, resource loading, and critical path analysis.Create and maintain detailed construction schedules in MS Project (or equivalent), including activity sequencing, logic ties, duration estimates, and progress tracking.Facilitate cross-functional coordination between engineering, construction, procurement, commercial, permitting, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.Lead contractor coordination across multiple disciplines including civil/sitework, electrical, mechanical, controls/instrumentation, and commissioning.Coordinate procurement activities and logistics planning for long-lead equipment (turbines, generators, switchgear, transformers), ensuring alignment between vendor delivery schedules and project execution milestones.Coordinate project execution activities in accordance with permitting requirements, regulatory commitments, and environmental compliance obligations established during project development.Ensure comply with project HSE requirements, applicable regulations, and established safety standards while promoting an incident-free project environment.Oversee build quality, ensuring engineering specifications and design intent are effectively executed across all disciplines through robust quality assurance and quality control processes.Interface with EPC contractors, subcontractors, equipment vendors, client project teams, and key stakeholders.Drive weekly and monthly progress reporting including executive dashboards, Gantt schedules, earned value metrics, and variance analysis.Identify cross-project risks, resource constraints, and delivery conflicts; develop mitigation and recovery strategies to maintain overall program objectives.Identify and mitigate schedule risks and develop recovery plans when critical milestones are threatened.Support executive decision-making through scenario analysis, schedule forecasting, recovery planning, and program performance reporting.Location & MobilityTravel up to 50% across North America to active construction sites, client facilities, and vendor locations.Texas is the preferred base location; however, exceptional candidates across the United States will be considered.
